What materials are used in Auren Maison bags?
All Auren Maison bags are made using 100% vegan materials. We do not use leather or any animal-derived components.
Will the design on my bag look exactly like the photo?
Slight variations in print placement or color tone may occur during production. These are a natural result of the printing process and are not considered defects.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After this period, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided the product is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
