What are your shipping timelines?
Once our collection officially launches and orders are dispatched, clients within India can expect delivery within 5–8 business days. International shipping for our global clientele will be introduced in upcoming seasons.
Can I modify or return an order?
Upon the official opening of our boutique, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. We gracefully accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece remains in pristine, unused condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the client.
What if I receive an imperfect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
