At Auren Maison, every piece is designed with profound intention and care. If your acquisition does not perfectly align with your expectations, our team is here to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges 

We graciously accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: • Your request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. • The item must remain unused, perfectly preserved in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. • Return shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the client.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

Should you receive an imperfect or incorrect piece: 

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 

• Include clear photographs of the item in your email so we may resolve the matter swiftly. 

• We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds 

Once your return is safely received and inspected, your refund will be processed. You may choose to receive your refund via your original payment method or as Auren Maison store credit.

A Note on Craftsmanship 

Our collections feature intricate motifs inspired by traditional Indian art forms. Because we honor these heritage designs, slight variations in placement or tone may occur during production. These subtle distinctions make your piece unique and are not considered defects.
