Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges
We allow exchanges subject to product availability and the same return conditions mentioned above.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- You may request a replacement or a refund
- Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the issue over email for quick assistance
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed.
Refunds can be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (as per your preference)
Important Note on Designs
Our bags feature digitally printed designs inspired by traditional Indian art.
Slight variations in print placement or color tone may occur during production and are not considered defects.
