1. General Conditions 

Auren Maison operates as an online destination offering luxury vegan accessories featuring designs inspired by traditional Indian heritage art forms. By engaging with this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the boutique under the supervision of a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refine or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Craftsmanship & Artistic Representation 

Our collections feature intricate motifs thoughtfully inspired by traditional Indian art forms, including Madhubani, Warli, Gond, Pattachitra, and Kalamkari. Because these heritage narratives are meticulously applied to our vegan materials during the crafting process: 

• Subtle variations in motif placement, alignment, or tonal depth may occur. 

• These distinct characteristics are not considered defects, but rather a natural result of the artisanal production process. 

Product imagery on our website serves as an aesthetic representation. Minor, beautiful distinctions may appear in the final physical piece.

3. Pricing & Taxes 

• All listed valuations on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. 

• Prices are subject to refinement without prior notice.

4. Orders & Cancellations 

• Upon the official opening of our boutique, orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. 

• Beyond this 24-hour window, the acquisition enters the processing phase and cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery 

• Estimated delivery timelines within India are 5–8 business days following dispatch. 

• Acquisitions are delivered through our trusted third-party logistics partners. 

• International shipping privileges will be introduced in forthcoming seasons. 

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally shift due to external variables beyond our immediate control.

6. Returns 

We graciously accept returns under the following conditions: 

• Your request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. 

• The piece must remain unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging.

7. Exchanges 

Exchanges are accommodated subject to product availability and adherence to the same pristine conditions outlined for returns.

8. Imperfect or Incorrect Items 

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect piece: 

• You may request a prompt replacement or a refund. 

• You must notify our team within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic documentation of the item.

9. Refunds 

Refunds are strictly processed following the safe receipt and inspection of the returned piece. 

Approved refunds may be issued via: 

• The original payment method, or 

• Auren Maison store credit (based on client preference).

10. Secure Payments 

All financial transactions are securely processed through Razorpay. Auren Maison does not store or retain your private banking or card details.

11. Intellectual Property 

All aesthetic and textual content on this website—including designs, artwork, typography, logos, photography, and copy—is the exclusive property of Auren Maison. It may not be copied, reproduced, or utilized without explicit written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability 

Auren Maison shall not be held liable for: 

• Delivery delays incurred by our logistics partners. 

• Subtle variations in motif placement or color tone, as outlined in Section 2. 

• Improper maintenance or misuse of products following delivery.

13. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra.
