2. Products & Artistic Representation

Our bags feature digitally reproduced designs inspired by traditional Indian art forms such as Madhubani, Warli, Gond, Pattachitra, Kalamkari, and others.

As these designs are printed onto materials during manufacturing:

• Slight variations in print placement, alignment, or color tone may occur
• These are not defects but a natural result of the production process

Product images on the website are for representation purposes. Minor differences may appear in the final product.

3. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices may change without prior notice

4. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
• After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery time within India: 5–8 business days
• Orders are delivered through third-party logistics partners
• International shipping will be introduced in the future

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in original condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges

Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability and the same conditions as returns.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• You may request a replacement or a refund

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product.

Refunds may be issued via:

• Original payment method, or
• Store credit (as preferred)

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

Auren Maison does not store your card or banking details.
